Our Founder - Carrie L. Ellis
As Principal of Celestial Consulting LLC, Carrie uses more than 25 years of experience to aid clients as they navigate workplace complexities. Her clients include The Aspen Institute, Results for Development, Google, and Nonprofit Finance Fund. Formerly the Vice President of People Development and the Director of Project Management for two national organizations, Carrie partners with teams to help them enact culture-focused, equitable solutions that resolve difficult situations, create sustainable change, and result in better organizational outcomes.
